Foreman
Job Description:
The foreman position at PWE is a leadership role with responsibilities to landscape and maintain property while managing and directing your own crew/team. The foreman will need to be comfortable operating hand tools and power tools as a part of his/her daily routine as well as organizing tasks for his/her team and interacting with customers. Daily tasks typically consist of: mowing grass or turf, pruning and trimming trees and shrubs, cleaning debris and plant materials, removing weeds, planting new plants, installing rock, fixing irrigation, interacting with customers, and training team members.

Laborer

PWE welcomes applicants of all experience levels. Laborers must be physically able to perform the above described tasks as well as lift heavy items. Laborers must have the ability to work well with others as he/she will be working with a team every day. A strong work ethic and desire to improve skills is essential for success in this role. A laborer must also be able to consistently show up to work on time in the proper work attire.
Desired Qualifications:
Landscaping experience is a plus. Experience with operating power tools or working in other blue-collar industries is also preferred. Experience working with irrigation is also great.
